Bespoke Healing recently partnered with The Midwives to produce and facilitate a virtual artist retreat. The schedule featured workshops, makers spaces, community building, adventures, and skill-building sessions while allowing enough breathing room to spend time making work and dropping into real relaxation. Custom Zine. Each participant received a custom-made zine (homemade magazine) with a welcome letter, reflection prompts, and programming guide that made folks feel included in a close-knit community from the start. Compass Groups. Participants were placed in small groups with other folks around the country inspired by the cardinal directions: north, south, east, and west. Compass groups connected before, during, and after the retreat to provide support and community with other artists. About this partnership. The Midwives is a collective of artists supporting artists. Rates $225 each for first two sessions that comprise the initial assessment; $200 for each 50-minute ongoing therapy session. Good Faith Estimates You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of any non-emergency items or services under the federal No Surprises Law. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give uninsured or self-pay clients an estimate of the total cost of recommended items or services in writing at least 1 business day before they are rendered. The purpose of the Good Faith Estimate requirement is to give individuals an opportunity to use the information to evaluate their healthcare options, manage care costs, and prevent surprise billing. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept FSA cards.
